At Aussie hood, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. That’s why every Aussie hood comes with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is our promise to repair or replace any product that shows a manufacturing defect within the first 12 months of use.

2. Warranty Coverage

The Aussie hood one-year warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If your device malfunctions or breaks due to a manufacturing flaw, we will replace it at no cost to you. This warranty applies only to original purchases made through our official website at Aussiehood.store.

3. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, drops, water exposure, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or cosmetic wear and tear from regular use. It also does not apply to stolen or lost products.

4. How to Make a Claim

To file a warranty claim, email us at support@aussiehood.store with your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, a photo or video of the defect. Our support team will review your request and provide next steps. If your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement product free of charge.

5. Warranty Evaluation and Discretion

Aussie hood reserves the right to determine if a product is eligible for warranty coverage based on the condition of the item and the nature of the defect. Our goal is always to make things right and ensure that you stay focused and distraction-free with a tool that works as promised.
